Frequently asked questions

Do you provide design services?

We are happy to arrange a consultation to walk you through the process, which you can book here.

What do your kitchens cost?

Our cabinetry starts from £3,000 and vary depending on style, finishes and additional products such as worktops, appliances and handles. Use our kitchens page to select your preferred style and find a more accurate estimate.

Can you provide kitchen appliances as well?

We can! We supply a range of appliances from Quooker, Neff & Miele. Note: We cannot offer appliances as supply only; they can only be purchased alongside an ice kitchen.

Do you offer kitchen installation?

To keep costs down for our customers, we do not offer installation services. Often, using a local contractor, carpenter, or specialist kitchen fitter is a more cost-effective option.

What options do you have for kitchen worktops?

We offer a variety of worktop options to match your new kitchen. Browse our range of worktops here.

How long does a kitchen take to be delivered?

We make all our kitchens right here in England, and each one is made to order. Our lead times vary according to style and start at 3 weeks from purchase.

Do you have samples available?

Samples can be ordered here. Select the samples you want, checkout, and we’ll handle the rest!

What materials are used in the construction of your cabinets?

We use MFC, or melamine-faced chipboard, to construct our cabinets. This provides incredible value for money while being durable, food-safe and lightfast.

Each one is hand-built using tongue & groove, which makes our cabinets unbelievably sturdy.

Is international delivery available, or do you ship outside the UK?

We currently only offer mainland UK delivery. Alternatively, we can also deliver to a port of your choice, but further transport would be your responsibility.

Can you measure my space?

We work from room measurements that you supply. Most clients have plans if they're undergoing a renovation, but if not we advise consulting with a local tradesman, or you can always measure yourself.

If you're doing it yourself, your measurements don't need to be millimetre perfect - we build some tolerance into our kitchens with the use of filler pieces. We're also always on hand to advise if you are a little unsure - just contact us
